A hose that had been tightened during the annual service visit continued to leak. City Home Comfort returned and replaced it at no additional cost. (The Home Stars "Approximate Cost" box above shows $10 because it refuses to accept the actual cost of 0.)
Middle of winter our gas-fired HWT rusted out and died, leaving ice water only at every tap in the house. Not fun. Craig at Four Season Comfort found us a new tank and had it installed in a matter of days. His installers were quick, professional and clean. Hot water is one of those things you don't think about until it's gone. Real glad we had Craig to call on when the going got tough.
I'm glad we could have been of service to you Doug. You are quite right in saying that we don't think about hot water until we don't have it. It's quite an uncomfortable feeling to take a cold shower or bath in the wintertime!

Our kitchen was a disaster with one and sometimes two layers of peeling wallpaper. We wanted it removed, the walls repaired and the walls and ceiling painted. Finer Edge scoped out the job, gave us a ballpark of cost based on an hourly rate, and went to work. Result: a tired old room with a new lease on life.
