Service on Frameless Glass Shower Enclosure
We noticed over the weekend that our Doors & More frameless shower door was sagging slightly, so I called D&M first thing Monday Morning. The call was promptly answered by a “Live Body” and we were asked to hold for Frank Gartner, the owner (no automated phone system). Upon finding out our location, Frank said that he could have someone here today! (Because he had a crew in the area for three other installations.) And within three hours of placing our call, two service team members arrived, made the adjustment, and were on their way to the next job. When we purchased the unit, both Frank and the installer said if we needed any adjustments to give them a call. Other HomeStars reviewers mentioned Frank’s impeccable Customer Service; we can attest to this and couldn’t ask for any better service.
