Dryer quit. Guy came out and fixed the 35$ knob in 20 minutes and charged me $200. Super over priced wasn't impressed. For sure won't be using them again. Who cares if it has a 6 month warranty I could have bought a new dryer.

To add, this job also included a full service of the dryer heat system and a repair of the timer mechanism. The replaced knob was broken as a result of the timer mechanism that didn't turn. Just replacing the knob would NOT solve this problem without fixing the timer, which was done by the professional technician from our company.
All of this was explained by the technician to you on spot, and the price was the same as given before the repair, and approved by you.
