NEVER EVER EVER buy anything from this company, we were told something would be delivered and never was then after practically hunting these people down we were told it was on its way for several days.... god knows from where and they tried to wrap up a display model and ship it to our home at 9 pm on a friday night they consistently are rude and hang up the phone and have zero customer service skills the manager of the whitby store suggested I come and teach him customer service if i thought i knew better, oh yah and to cancel an order it will cost you a quarter of the price of the item in our case it was 650$ but its a small price compared to the hassle we endured while being their so called customers NEVER SHOP HERE EVER
