Do not buy from these people! Everything started great. We visited the factory, the sales rep Michael visited us and we agreed on material, design, stain and cost. $18,000! I signed off on drawings and the doors were installed 9 weeks later. 3 months after installation the doors started cracking. I asked for the doors to be replaced but this was declined. They could break the middle panels out of the door to replace the cracks but I'm not confident the stain will match. Now we wait for them to pull the doors off and take them to the stain shop. We will freeze that day! Do not buy from these people!
