With Significant City Permitting Delays he always made himself available to chat and was willing to coordinate the Renovations on a floating Start Date upon permit approval. His easy going attitude made visiting the project an enjoying time. Working out of town, I was able to heavily rely on Dave's management to keep schedule on track.
