We had a flood in our home. I called a few companies and explained my situtation to them and that I was in a rush (i had family coming over from out of town) but most of them did not care and wanted me to wait a few days. As soon as I called Mike's Carpet & Flooring, the receptionist got Mike to call me back right away. Mike was extremely understanding. He told me that he was booked for the next couple of days but because I was in a hurry he made time and came out to my house. Mike took care of everything. He dealt with the insurance company. Within 2 days they were at my house and finished the job. Mike made everything easy for me. After the stress that I was going through I am glad that I met Mike because he was helpful, caring and took alot of stress from me. It was not about the money but he truley cared.?
