It was very difficult to be connected to the right dept.Voicemail system was hard to navigate and kept diconnecting my call. In the end, they never showed up or responded to my service call, it took two days before my furnance was working properly. I was not happy at all!

Home Depot staff are excellent at Customer service. The staff are helpful and know the products that they are selling. I had to choose a paint that was right for the mold problems that I was having and they knew exactly what would be the solution.
