They would not care about you once you've paid off your home
We have moved in our house almost 18 month ago and there has been some issues with the house that they agreed to fix under warranty. I have been following up on them and they seem they do not care about their customers/promises what so ever. Recently (early October), I sent them the list of works they had agreed already to fix and I was told that my email was sent to Mark Stillman, the WestView warranty manager, to follow them up personally. But, guess what. I have been never contacted regarding them since then. I am wondering if I can get them fixed and send them the receipts and ask them to reimburse me for the cost?
