I see that everybody praises Mike, but nobody mentions the people who actually do the hard work. Well, Mike is great. He is behind everything and makes sure that everything is done the way it should, but without his people, his promises would be just empty words.He promised me low pricing and that's what I got from him. He promised me great carpet, and that's what I got from him. He promised fast and perfect installation, and that is what I got... not from him though,but from his installer.This man has golden hands and I am sure he can install the carpet with his eyes closed. I watched him doing the work and he was like a robot.He was so quick and so precise in measuring, cutting and fitting that you would think he had a computer chip implanted in his brain, that would coordinate all his movements and control all his actions.
