I called Jon because I had no hot water. He came over quickly, assessed the problem and within a fee hours of calling him, I had hot water again. I asked him about a smell in the area and he quickly determined that my trap in this room was being dried out so he recommended a trap primer. He had all of the parts and equipment with him and installed one in a very timely manner. The smell is gone and has not since returned. I couldn't be happier with his service and he is definately my go to plumber for everything I need. Compared to other plumbers that I have used, he is the most honest and fairly priced out of them all.

I had a leak coming from poly-butylene pipe in my basement.  I called several companies to provide me a quote to have the pipe replaced.  Jon arrived on time and his professional attitude is what made me decide to hire him. He gave me a rough time line of four days and was completed in three.  Every day he and his apprentice set up the area they worked in to minimize dust travelling to other areas of the house, always kept me informed when water would be turned off, and did great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. I have since called him back to service my boiler.  He is my go-to guy and would recommend him to anybody looking for a plumber.
