This is a very good story of a contractor delivering on what was promised, in advance of the deadline and on budget. This is the second time my wife and I have called upon CertaPro Ottawa to do a paint job for us, once on the exterior of our former home and now on the interior of our 'new' home. In both cases the teams were diligent about taking care of our property while they did their jobs; and the pre, during, and post efforts of Étienne (the franchise owner and sales dude) we're stellar. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks and I know we will use them again in the future!

This is just a quick note to say that once again, Verdun has delivered and excellent service as promised. This is the second time we have used Verdun to complete our window 'renovations' and once again the experience was excellent! While this project was small compared to the last one, I still only have good things to say about this company. Well done guys-great service!

If you have replace a furnace, this is the way to do it! John and his team are consummate professionals who genuinely care about what they do, and how their actions impact their clients. This is the second time my wife and I have had to replace a furnace (in two different homes) and for which we have called upon the services of the Reliable "Dream Team". I can tell you uneqivocally we would both choose Reliable again in a heartbeat, hands down, no questions asked. From the first sales meeting, thru to the after install follow-up with John, this company goes above and beyond to take care of its clients by explaining each step, what is being done, and then making sure you are good to go!

Words can only begin to describe how excellent the service was that Joel and his team brought to our job site. All the standard expressions apply: professional, courteous, considerate, patient, but in the end these terms only scratch the surface of what this team brings to the table. These guys know their business, they know how to deal with clients, and perhaps most importantly, they get the job done at a price no one else could beat. In our case the task meant excavating a hellish mess of rock backfill along our 1950s cinder block foundation, patching holes, waterproofing to well above the exterior grade, installing a window well and then parging above grade. We would readily choose Foundation Works again if we ever encounter another foundation issue!
