I had an absolutely horrible experience with MZ Lawn Care, and Im beyond angry. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this so called landscaper.. They are nothing but a complete waste of time, money, and energy. I hired MZ Lawn Care for the summer, and it was a nightmare from day one. They were completely unreliableshowing up on random days, not showing up at all, and leaving me to chase them down every single week. I spent so much of my time calling and texting, trying to figure out where they were. Its like they couldnt care less about their customers or doing the work they were paid for. One of the first things they do is demand you pay a full month in advance, which should have been my first red flag. It's an outright dishonest, because if they dont show up or dont do the work, you're still out the money. I can't believe I fell for it. But the final straw was when I asked them to do a simple fall cleanupremoval of dead flowers from the flower beds and urns. The owner, Mert, told me it would be an additional $275, which I agreed to. I sent him photos of the work that needed to be done, and he came to my home to inspect it himself. He agreed to everything, and I thought we were all set. Then they show upblow some leaves, remove two urns, and nothing else. They completely ignored all the dead flowers and other urns I specifically asked them to handle. When I called to ask why they didnt do the job we had agreed on, Mert had the nerve to say it would cost even more money to finish it. This company is a complete incompetent operation. They dont deliver on their promises, theyre dishonest, and they will take your money while leaving your property a mess. I feel so ripped off and furious that I cant let anyone else fall into the same trap. Avoid MZ Lawn Care at all coststhey are unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable.
