Booking and repair worked as planned. The phone calls and appointments were prompt and effective. Despite Christmas coming, the repair was done the day after I phoned, and the work was clearly explained. Accessing the back of the dryer was difficult but the technician managed well. Courteous and pleasant service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
