We decided to completely renovate the main floor in our house to give us an open concept feeling to the space. Our idea was to have the main focal point on the kitchen, a place to gather with family and friends. We knew the feeling we wanted to experience in this new space but had no idea what that looked like. We went to many kitchen showrooms and design studios and then we drove to Mississauga and met Joanne. She was so patient with us. She took time to get to know us and understand our vision for the space. She offered both practical and design considerations including trends. We left her office that day with an excitement that we finally found someone who could translate our vision into the dream kitchen we wanted. Joanne designed our space and worked with the appliance company to ensure the installation of the project was seamless. She met timelines and made site visits to make sure all the measurements taken in the design phase actually fit the space. Joanne made excellent recommendations and provided solutions when adjustments had to be made. She was professional, flexible and conscientious. She coordinated with Andy, the installer, who was also a perfectionist. He worked hard and did outstanding workmanship always leaving the space clean and tidy. All in all – this was a great experience and we highly recommend Joanne if you want someone with a great work ethic, who is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Rob and Luke, We have been using your system for a few months now and it would be remiss of me not to write this short note to thank you for all your work. The entire job, from planning through to its completion was done efficiently and effectively. Your desire to meet our needs and complete the task with high standards and quality of workmanship was noticed and appreciated. In addition, you were extremely clean and tidy and there was no evidence of wires or drywall dust when you were done. You were great to work with, extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. The system works perfectly. Am not technically inclined and to have something so user friendly with all the programs and media coordinated is truly a testament to the caliber of work you do. And your service standards are also to be commended. When I called for some assistance you followed up immediately and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently over the phone while patiently prompting and directing me to reset the system.
