Air Force Heating and AC was the subcontractor for the lease of a new KeepRite Performance® 95 Gas Furnace from Simply Green Home Services. Two highly competent and courteous gentlemen had the old furnace out and new one situated in a little over an hour. They completed the install in our town house in a little more than 3 hours, including a visit to the roof to replace the vent end cap. (Ours was a simple install in an undeveloped part of the basement with full access to the furnace and exterior walls, thank heaven!) Drop cloths were used; they removed all old equipment and cleaned up fully with a broom and dustpan. Ivan answered all of my questions and ensured I understood the workings of the new unit. I HIGHLY recommend them! :-)
