2 weeks and still waiting service on my water heater
On boxing day the water heater at my rental property broke, leaving my tenant ant their family without hot water. The water heater furnace and ac system were all installed 3 years ago by this company. I called and tried to have someone come out and fix it, they told me they did not install it and to find out who did and go through them. I called back in the morning and spoke to someone else who said yes they did install it and it was covered under warranty until Aug 2016. They sent a service technician to the house who said the problem was due to neglect on the system (we've paid yearly to have it serviced so it would be their own service technicians who have neglected it) they charged $130 for the service call and told me for $450 they will repair the water heater. When I called to inquire about warranty I was told management was off for the holidays (this was Dec 28th) and they would return my call the following day. I never received a call so I called again Jan 2nd. I was told management tool an extended vacation over the holidays and would return Jan 4th. I was also told there was a supervisor working named jason but when I requested to speak to him he refused. I asked if there was a head quarters I could call or if it was locally owned and the customer service rep I spoke to.. kayla.. said she to give me incorrect information so I would need to wait to speak to management. She agreed I was given the run around and said she would send and email and I would hear something when management returned. Over a week and my tenant is still waiting for hot water.
