United alarm service quality and ending contract issues
Great service. Feel safe. Was with them for five years and felt safe with the response. Their dealings in case of ending the service even without contract in place was not a good experience.

We are so sorry to hear about the negative experience you received when canceling your account. United Alarm policy is that we needed a signed cancellation letter to cancel any account. As United Alarm is responsible for the security if over 60000 home in Calgary alone, this can seem to be a little more work then canceling your cable. But this is only done as our customer safety is our top priority.
