I can't say enough about the Company and Roland the owner. He replied to our tender for the replacement of the broken spring and after a few e mails of which he was always prompt in responding we decided on a time and date. He was very punctual. He performed the work in no time and during the installation of the spring he noticed that the supports for the metal arm that runs from the front stud wall of the garage to the motor was loose. He went ahead reinforced it on its own. Left the area clean after completing the job and was very personable in answering any questions I had. The price point for the repair based on the costumer service and installation including parts was excellent. I will be recommending this company to anybody and it will be the first company I will call in case I need a garage door/s replaced. Lynn D.

Hired company through Costco. The experience was very positive from the time we booked a visit for an estimation to the actual installation. The whole process took a week. The sales consultant Glenn was very thorough in explaining the process and was very forthcoming in answering any questions. He was also very prompt in answering voice mail messages. The installers Tom/ Jefferson TYGNI were punctual, very pleasant and very helpful in answering any questions. They completed the installation on time and cleaned up nicely after installation. Booked an appointment because pressure relief valve on our rental Hot Water Heater was leaking. Scott from Davis Air called ahead to make sure we were home and was punctual in his arrival. Very professional and had the work done in no time. He was very accommodating in answering any question I had.
