The owner did my eavestrough and downpipe. He gives a warranty certificate for 10 years and Now it is falling apart and has been delaying to come to fix it. I was even going to have him do my deck at his price just to give him more business and still wouldn't come. They did eventually comeback to fix it.
Backyard Sliding door and Storm doors
Came on time and Did a great job for sliding door and a storm door. I just need a better lock for the sliding door but it works. The cost was reasonable too.

Moving crew were on time. Worked on Saturday morning and done by noon. Took very good care of our furniture and stuff. We were really satisfied with the service and even helped me cut my trees, a chore which I had to do. A hard working bunch. I highly recommend them
Here is short summary of my experience with this company. They replaced the water adjustment valve 4 years ago and it was leaking 3 years later. I called them for the same water adjustment valve leak but was not fixed. I even had them service clean the unit so maybe to give them more business but patronizing them was a mistake. I paid $427 the first time and another $314 the 2nd time and still was not fix. I ended up replacing the unit.
I am sorry to hear that your opinion of our company has changed so dramatically, from a 10 star review to a 1 star. Our company hasn't sent foot in your home since 2016. Prior to that we were at your home in 2015. The reason for our visits were leaking water and then an annual maintenance. From 2016-2021 your unit ran as it was intended too. However, this type of unit does require annual maintenance to keep it running, which we don't have a record of being completed. There is a high chance these problems could have been avoided if we had a regular maintenance in placed. Hope that helps, please let us know if there is anything else you need.
