Our railings had been previously painted (before we bought the house) with oil on latex and were peeling of fnad a mess. Benchmark came in and prepped and painted them - fabulous job!!

OUr basement flooded last winter and thanks to Shamrock we had the leak fixed promptly and the power back on. As well we recieved great advise on what to do next and how to proceed from that point.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

We recently had Benchmark Painting come and paint the walls in most of our house. The painter Lica arrived on time and was polite and courteous. They did a great job, and I have recommended them to many people. Thank you.
