Having experienced their bilingual services 5 years ago for vivyl siding, we contacted them again to redo our eavestrough/soffit/facia that had not been adequately done over 15 years ago by another local company. Our soffits were upgraded to improve ventilation in the attic and reduce heat buildup on the top floor. This meant that they had to remove the previously installed vinyl soffits, remove the original wooden soffits, replace the 7 original baffles (forms to push away the attic insulation to allow ventilation) with over 45 new ones, and then install new fascia and soffits. So far it appears to have made a big difference. We also decided to upgrade our eavestrough with a leaf guard. Their 3 installers did an excellent job. We highly recommend them for professional renovation for we appreciated the care and workmanship of this crew.

Ottawa. July 16 2010 : Annual check up on my Amana furnace and A/C (new and installed in June 2008). Customer service was friendly and the 2 specific specialty teams were professional and respected service appointment time window. I highly recommend their service with the bonus that one technician also spoke French. The technicians provided helpful details about the Amana equipement and provided suggestions to increase their efficiency, example : type of air filter for cooling and heating requirement. Both system's verification passed with good reviews. No repairs were required.
