Chris, Stuart & Martin cleaned the air ducts in 5 of the condos in our building in Nov/2015 & Jan/2016. I received positive feedback from all clients about their friendly, courteous, respectful personalities; how well organized they were, how patient they were answering questions about the whole cleaning process explaining what the equipment is for and how it works, the difference between metal ducts and flexi ducts, how the scrubber tool works; and showing us the canister filter with all the dust collected after each condo was completed. Dan, Matt, & Anthony went above and beyond our expectations when they replaced six electric Bradford White Hot Water Tanks in our building in Nov. & Dec. 2015. Their friendly, patient, courteous, and respectful people skills were reflected in their ability to answer all our questions in detail. Each installation was unique and involved moving shelving, laundry equipment, earthquake bars, ensuring all water hoses were properly tightened for the hot water tank and the re-connected laundry appliances. They checked and informed each home owner of the PSI rating for their tank. They marked the warranty expiry date on each tank. Everyone was impressed with their work ethics and attention to detail.
