Plumber/pipefitter Alex did an excellent job in spring of 2015 replacing of bathtub tap and fixture. Reasonable price good quality work. He showed up when ARO said he would and did the work we asked for. Tried to rehire ARO again in January 2016, appointment time changed 4 times over a 48 hour period ending with no plumber ever showing up. Sad to see a company go from good to horrible...
