I had all my windows installed by Anthony back in 1991. I'd researched many companies and they carried quality products at reasonable prices. Over the years, I slowly upgraded, replacing the older doors, siding, eavestroughs, etc. This year, one of my window seals failed. Anthony sent his team to change the window and they checked their work from 27 years ago. Dominic and Sebastian even put in a new seal for my older garden window since they were onsite. Tony (the eavestrough guy) also came recently to replace some soffit work after the squirrels tried to build a nest. He also checked all his previous work. I sure picked the right company! My 13 year air conditioner failed during the July 1st weekend heat wave. Furnace King sent Joe and Michael to put in a new Amana A/C after Sandeep (sales) carefully determined what I needed. Everyone was incredible and really took customer service to the next level. Joe took the time to install a hard duct for my humidifier, replacing the flimsy soft duct from the previous installation. Furnace King has been sending Claudio as my service technician over the last 6 years and his work has always been amazing. This is the first time they've installed new equipment for me and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. I've had contracts with larger companies over the years and this smaller company takes excellence seriously...if you are looking for a top notch company with reasonable prices that cares about their customers year after year, call them.

I met Dennis in June 2005 when he installed my A/C. The large company that I had faithfully contracted for yearly spring and fall maintenance had quoted over $1000 higher. Dennis was punctual, courteous and did an extremely professional installation. He informed me that a properly installed A/C didn't need a spring check-up and only a yearly furnace check which included the A/C was essential. Dennis advised he used to be the lead technician for a large heating/cooling company...he branched out into his own business because he was tired of large company bureaucracy and customers being charged inflated prices for unnecessary work. Five years in and my A/C is running perfectly and no inflated spring maintenance fees! Dennis also recently installed my new high efficiency furnace and once again, his work and pricing was exceptional. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family.
