All good until warranty issues. The manager is very ignorant and not willing to help. Had work done 3 yrs ago. Now issues they won't even look at it unless you pay. They are contractor through home depot. I would never deal with them again. Shop around first.

Although our product and installation has warranty coverage, unfortunately damage by a customer cannot be covered under warranty. As you can see by our other reviews we come highly recommended, and we do take care of our customers. We understand that sometimes accidents do happen, so we did offer this customer replacement pieces at cost, but this offer was declined.
