However, the base board heater ended up being installed 16 inches above the floor. I remember asking that it be closer to the floor as it seemed like it was floating in the middle of the wall. The electrician came back on January 21 and rectified the situation at no cost. The base board looks great.

I contacted Pioneer to have 2 windows installed. I wanted one of them to meet certain specifications and Pioneer met all of them. The service and workmanship was impeccable and professional throughout. The finished look was exactly what I had in mind. Being reliable as he is, he called when he was going to be late, showed up on time according to an agreed schedule and followed up to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The work was done according to the quote, carried out diligently and premises were left spotless. The price was very fair. As promised, the AC runs very quietly.
