We are repeat and very satisfied customers of RenovAction. Many years ago we had RenovAction replace a complex mansard shingled roof that caused us no end of problems. We decided to go with a metal roof. The job was expertly done without issue. We had to call them back to add some snow guards, they responded immediately. So far that installation has been problem free and it's probably the best decision that we ever made regarding our house. Because of the high quality of that roof work we were confident that they would be able to replace our two old and badly installed sliding doors. Once again RenovAction have proved their quality. The job required a complete reframing of both doors and took about 3 full days to complete - including inside dry wall repair. The sliding doors themselves are a big improvement over what we had before. The whole RenovAction team were always on time, honest, professional & friendly - and, more importantly, engender a sense of trust. It was a pleasure doing business with RenovAction and we highly recommend them for any home improvement job.

We have had years of experience with these folks - from fireplaces, patio shelters, fire pits, and now 2 very large awnings covering a significant part of our back yard. We have always had very good service - absolutely no complaints for both before and after service. However, we feel compelled to add that in the case of our awnings the installation and post installation is nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. We have dealt with a number of the staff and everyone has been helpful. We have had a number of challenging post installation issues (none of which are the fault of the installation team) and in each case the service team have persisted and eventually solved all of our problems. My wife and I are truly pleased that we choose Renovaction to finally solve our roofing issues. Almost every year for the last 8 or 9 years we've had problems with our roof. To be fair, mansard roofs are not meant for an Ottawa climate and if we had known we might have been a little more reticent when buying our house. To compound our problems the roof has a separate flat portion. The other estimates we had were either just unrealistically low or very close to the estimate that Renovaction gave so it was a no brainer to go with a metal roof. We took awhile to make up our mind and Renovaction were very patient, but when we finally made up our minds and signed on the dotted line they stayed true to their promises. They adhered to the agreed schedules, and there were no hidden costs. The whole company: Luc, Doug, the installers and office staff were always on hand, friendly, polite and professional. We can't say enough about the installers: they were always on time, always courteous and hard working, never left a mess when they left for the day, work in all kinds of weather and helped us understand the whole process. And they know there stuff ... Luc is a true expert. The roof is working out as well as Luc and Doug promised it would. I would recommend Renovaction without hesitation, and wouldn't hestitate to ask them to do another job for us. Thanks Renovaction.
