I used Advanced Air Systems services for decades. They installed two furnaces and a central air conditioner for me during that time ... but never, never again will I use them for anything. I think that the company may have changed hands because they have gone so far downhill. I'm disgusted with them. I called them because the furnace which they supplied and installed in 2007 stopped working. After a cold night, they came the next day with Ken being his usual jovial self. The furnace required a new motor of some type, not a fan motor. They went away away, came back with a motor and installed it. Total cost of approximately $1135 was paid by cheque which Advanced Air very promptly cashed. Less than two weeks later, the furnace stopped working. I called Advanced Air. The woman who answered the phone asked all the usual questions ... have you checked this, have you checked that, have you tried the other thing, all of which I had already done. Finally she tells me to turn off the thermostat, wait two minutes, turn it back on, and call her right back. I did this. No one picks up the phone. I leave a message on the voice mail. An hour and a half goes by and nothing heard from Advanced Air. I call again, no answer and I leave another message on voice mail. I continued to call them on-and-off for the next two days leaving one voice mail message after another. None of my calls were returned. All of this time, my furnace is not functioning. As I type this, three days have passed since my initial call, and I have yet to hear back from them. At noon today, I finally gave up and called a reputable company who came to the house within three hours of my call. They repaired my furnace and departed. Tonight I won't be cold. I would NOT recommend Advanced Air Systems to my worst enemy ... if I had one. Do yourself a huge service, DO NOT CALL THEM!

Dear Lloyd in Unionville , it is very disconcerting to hear that you were dissatisfied with our service . As you clearly stated the furnace was 9 years old and obviously out of warranty I understand that the repair we made was costly , we are obviously unclear as to what was done by the company that came in after our service was done , we would be happy to review there service invoice and reimburse you if it was in fact a repair that was related to the part that we replaced .
