Do not call this company for any services. I made the unfortunate mistake of engaging their services to fix my dishwasher. They were very quick to schedule a service. What a disaster! The technician told me the dishwasher needed a new motor (which I found out was completely wrong after I got a second opinion), wrote some irrelevant things on the invoice and charged half the cost of the estimate (as a deposit). Furthermore, there was water damage to my hardwood floor because the technician caused a leak under the sink (forgot to tighten up the valves). I had a terrible time getting hold of someone to even discuss the problem. They never returned my calls in a timely manner, I heard from them 48 hours after having called them at least 5 times. Up until now, I still haven't received a response from anyone from the company to remedy the situation. Note, that they also charge a 5% surcharge for credit card payments. What an unethical company this is! Lesson learnt ... a mistake I will never repeat again.

Professional, pleasant, efficient - does great work with integrity and competence. No hidden costs, walks you through the process clearly. Adriano was able to fix my dishwasher for just a fraction of the cost of what another appliance repair company quoted (and was not able to fix, I might add). My dishwasher works beautifully now - did not have to get it replaced. He even fixed a leak under my sink. What more could you ask for? I'm super satisfied.
