Roma & Stephanie in the Stoney Creek office took the time to find answers and respond promptly to a number of questions about the unit & thermostat. Roma took the time to deliver a backordered item and explain the rebate submission requirements - excellent customer service. I appreciated that the installer allowed discussion of the exact location of the unit with me as it was a much larger unit that what had been previously in that area. This was the third company I contacted about a Trane A/C installation and from the initial contact to the latest check-in, the coordination of their team was efficient.

I emailed Phantom Screens on Tuesday, Susan called me on Wednesday and Mike Campbell provided a service call the following Tuesday. May 2007 single, patio retractable screen installed but over the past 18 months the magnet has not been holding in the breeze and the door snaps open. Mike installed a second magnet inline with the first so it looks tidy and professional. He tested it and asked that I also test it. There was no mess and Mike was very personable and professional. Thank you to Susan and Mike for great customer service and my satisfaction.
