Had them install a furnace in 2015. We decide to have a different company to service our furnace this year. It turns out the furnace was installed with 4 code violations. We were given 45 days to make the corrections by Union Gas or face gas shut off. Called applewoods a couple of times. They claimed they did nothing wrong initially, would charge me 200 dollars just to take a look. After threatened with TSSA report, they agreed to take a look. Every single call after that to the agent we talked to goes to her voicemail. Called their service department, their only response is to call me back later. Never called us back. Not only did they can not install a furnace properly, they did not help us make the corrections. They do not even try to hide that they do NOT care. Would not recommend.

We had a old house with an out of date basement. A few windows were blocked by later addition and some wall doesn't even have a proper drywall on it. The drywall ceiling was damaged and needed to be repaired. Moe and his crew came in gave me a estimate and recommended us to get a new paint as well. Their quote was very reasonable for a 1,300sqft basement. They even started the project on weekend so I could plan other renovation project earlier. They were very efficient on the job and very hard working. They started on weekend and finished the next Sunday. I am very impressed with their work ethic.

We got a very old house with a relative new addition. Therefore, we had 2 vent system which requires 2 separate air systems. I did met with a few other contractors for quotes before I contacted Jason from delta air systems. Most of the other contractors just look at the footage of the house and give an estimate then gone. Jason, on the other hand, did take time to scout the house and wiring before giving us suggestions. He give us multiple options with our quote and made a few adjustment as we requested. Comparing to the other quotes I got, their price were among the lowest. The installation crew were very efficient. They did the job on time and cleaned up the area afterwards. Would definitely recommend.
