i also bought a 60" Samsung series 8000 tv on Boxing Day, unfortunately this tv was discontinued from Samsung. Teletime advise me in January of this and wanted to refund me the money. After speaking with JD (district manager) that we had a contract with Teletime and I cannot get a tv of this caliber for that same price, he understood I was an unsaticfied customer. The next business day he called to inform me that he managed to get this tv and would compensate me with free warrenty for my troubles. Job well done...
