Sergey was professional and accommodating. When I made small upgrades not in original contract, he only charged extra for the material. I would be happy to use his services again. Subsequent to my review, Sergey has been a disappointment. He was slipshod in the final bathroom, installing things incorrectly. One of them he fixed. The other, where he installed a replacement seat on the toilet, for which I paid additionally, was loosely installed. When he came to look at it, he said the screw holding the seat had broken. To make it worse, he claims it was installed correctly and misuse had dislocated it. He has now told me to ask someone else to fix the problem Re his response below: only Sergey worked on this project and has been fully paid for it. It has been finished. The contract specifies a ten year warranty. It is highly disingenuous of him to now make new allegations. Earlier, he had said that I was one of his best customers.

Sorry to hear that none of my workers wanted to work in your washroom. I understand your medical condition but I can not force anyone to work in an enviroment that does not meet basic health and safety conditions . Try keeping your washroom minimum clean and find somebody else to finish your project.

I appreciated the professionalism and commitment to customer service of Mark and his people. While unlike others I considered, Mark charges for visiting and giving a quotation, this was more than made up with the quality of work done
