I had to find two mattresses for my sons bunk bed. I soon realized that I did not have a lot of money. I went to the Sleep Guide Mattress where Carlos Telheiro make several suggestions to me to save money as well as pointed out the difference in prices for a good sleep. That same night I purchased mattresses for the bunk bed. He delivered and setup not only the mattresses but also fixed the unfinished bunk bed set up which the movers failed to do. That is true customer service indeed. A few weeks ago I need anther mattress set because I had a visitor coming to the country. Again, I needed a mattress so I called Carlos. Over the telephone he made recommendations and actually sold me a mattress. Not only did he find a suitable mattress, he found it, sold it, delivered it and set it up. Honestly, Carlos is offering great service to his customers.
