It was so much easier than I expected. Sales and office staff were patient and accommodating. K and his team were efficient, and very quiet and tidy. I am very happy with the four rooms and two staircases in my aging house. They provided lots of information and allowed me to make decisions, e.g., use my preferred paint (Benjamin Moore). I have confidence in their warranty. A very client-friendly company.

I was concerned about indoor air quality in my 50s house. LEAP provided visual inspection and measurements for moulds and other allergens throughout my house. I was impressed and resassured by the excellent customer service: timely, efficient, and patient in explaining exactly what was required (and not required). I also appreciated being able to negotiate the scope of the inspection (i.e., type of tests). The written report was timely, thorough, and provided explanation of what the readings meant.
