We had a full system replaced last year with a new Lennox Heat pump, electric furnace and humidifier and air cleaner & I-comfort thermostat. We had some concerns about how the system operated and any of the problems that occurred were corrected in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with Marilia at their office in setting up our appointments, and the technician Terry was very professional and that he has offered a lot of patience. We have been using them for many years, and would recommend them to anyone. Lionel Ganon
