We initially found Groutmasters at the Home Show and had them remove and replace the grout in our shower stall, which was all white. They did such a fine job that recently, when needing to have grout replaced in our city condo, we had them back. Patrice is great to deal with for bookings and the man who came out to do the work is excellent. Very polite, did a great job, with proper clean-up when done. I'd recommend them very highly.

We'd discovered Better Contracting at the Home Show. They replaced the roof on our old Victorian home in Toronto. It had 7 tons of roofing materials (2 layers of shingle and a layer of the original slate) that had to be removed, which is why the price was higher than the average. Although they were very busy and difficult to schedule, we didn't mind the wait, knowing they work with Mike Holmes. We found them to be excellent. Great attitude, good work ethic... and they cleaned up after themselves.

Our old Victorian house had 3 layers of roofing, including the original slate. Total weight was 7 tons that came off! The pitch of the 3-storey house was a big factor in prior patch jobs and the excess weight ended up costing more than the average roof. We had several quotes. Better Contracting removed all the layers and did a great job. The roof looks fantastic.
