We have used Taylor many times for both local and cross-border moves. They have never let us down. Their folks are pleasant and go out of their way to please. On occasion we have had Taylor pack and move us, and others simply to move us. They show up on time, are quick and efficient, and respect both the home they are moving from and the one you are moving to. They take care, and throughout all our moves, damage has been extremely light.

Our house was built in 2010. The furnace was installed by the builder's contractor, and proved to be very unreliable. Since installation the furnace had shutdown several times over the last 5 years. The first two service contractors in the end were unable to diagnose the problems. Fortunately, we discovered Grand River Heating and Cooling. They worked closely with the manufacturer, penetrating warranty issues, and in the end were able to arrange for a whole new furnace under warranty! We paid for installation, which went through without a flaw. Here are their strengths from our perspective: extremely responsive, very competent, they stick with you, service people are friendly, the office manager is fantastic, and they do what they say they are going to do.
