Marcelo came out to see our porch roof which needed replacing. He also checked the house roof which he recommended could wait a few years before replacing. His quote was reasonable, he was able to get to the job right away, the work was excellent. When he encountered more rot under the shingles than anticipated, he replaced that rafter too at no extra charge. We recommended him to friends and will call again when replacing our house roof.

Got tired of fly by night driveway companies leaving quotes in my mailbox when they were "just in the neighbourhood". My driveway definitely needed replacing. Not knowing how to find a reputable company, I looked on Homestars. Talked to 3 companies (one company's idea of giving a quote was to look up the address on Google Maps and quote based on that?!!) and Ludwig was, hands down, the most professional and the only one to consider the bylaws. The work and options were explained, the removal of the old driveway and new repaving were efficient and professional -- they were obviously experienced and knew what they were doing. They came when they said they would. 4th contractor/company I have had to hire this year (for different projects) and the least stressful, most reliable and professional, smoothest experience, most satisfactory work of the bunch. Nicest driveway I have ever had, as well.

My double garage floor had cracked and shifted. Three Little Pigs removed the old floor, shoring up my half loft platform, laid rebar, poured a new concrete floor, and parged the garage walls inside and out. You can imagine my consternation when 1 man was sent to do this (to me) large job.... But Raymond worked like 10 men, despite the extreme summer heat! He was careful and responsible and we were pleased with the work. I didn't know how much vibration the jackhammering of the old floor would cause, so I packed up china and breakables in the rooms bordering the garage. Supervisor Robert helped us take down a stained glass window mounted in the basement wall and even came back to help us put it back up. And it turned out that the vibration was very minor. Good customer service, good solution to my problem, good work, good timing, good response to questions/concerns. Yes, I would gladly recommend this company.

I came with a very short deadline to find flooring as my contractor was waiting to install. (Another store had assured me they could get the vinyl wood flooring I wanted in 2 days; 4 days later they told me it was back ordered for 2 months.) I found laminate I liked at Alliance, and staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They placed the order with an out of province company and the flooring arrived the next day, even faster than promised! Good selection, good service, good price, good choice!

We hired Nanette to help us with colours again (she knows our taste!), and again she did much more than that. Her suggestions for lighting and flooring were great as were her referrals. We love the floor! Melvin was helpful and Kevin was the most professional and accommodating contractor we dealt with; I’ve already recommended him to a neighbour.
