Great service!! After calling Sears initially to fix the problem and being told they needed to make a service call first to diagnose and then return a second time with the part, I decided to cancel my Sears appointment which was still several days out and look locally. I filled out an online form late one evening requesting service and at 9am the next morning I got a call. He got me to check a few things while on the phone (does the light work, what do you hear when you turn the stove on on, etc.) and he was immediately able to diagnose the issue over the phone. Two days later he showed up with a part and the stove was fixed in less than 15 minutes. Incredible customer service. He did not waste my time. He came when he said he was going to come and he was proactive in solving the problem. All this fixed before my first scheduled appointment with Sears would have even taken place. I will definitely use Modern Appliance again.
