Basement Framing, Insulation, Drywall and Painting
Early in the year we had our basement lowered. After, I contacted Tom at Pronto, based on both the positive reviews on HomeStars and on his ability to provide a near turnkey service to bring the basement to the level of finish I required without hiring a general contractor. However, his organization, coordination and communication skills proved to be perhaps superior to many a GC. All work, whether it was personally performed by Tom, his crew, or a third party, was superb. Above all though, was Tom's focus on exceptional customer service. Always, through any situation, he made sure everything was made right. He was very patient and willing to accommodate more than a few fussy client requests. It was great working with Tom and I would highly recommend Pronto.
