We had a small leak in our old tank, and a reduced capacity. We called a few places for quotes. Pete was fairly significantly cheaper than all of them. They came in, installed the tank, and installed a new larger exhaust line (small additional charge) in just over an hour. We were very satisfied overall. It always seems suspect to see so many 10/10 reviews, but in this case they're easily warranted.

I had Reliance come out one year ago to service my AC. It wasn't blowing cold air, so they recharged the system, and the temperature improved. I've seen many suggestions that say recharging is not normal, they should not leak. So the tech should find the leak, and fix it. This tech wasn't interested in finding the leak. But at least one year later, it's still blowing cold. Fast forward almost a year later, I get a call from them that my payment didn't go through do to a glitch on their side. I checked my credit card records, and verified that no payment was made. They said they'd mail another invoice and we could square up then. Two months later, still no invoice in the mail. So I called them back, left a message. No call. About three weeks later, I call, and finally reach someone and pay over the phone. Needless to say I'm quite annoyed that I had to chase after them to pay up, after it was their mistake.

Had Chris come by to do a tune up on my 20 year old furnace. We're hoping to squeeze as much life out of this furnace as we can, and Chris was honest and forthcoming about its current good condition. He didn't try to upsell us to a new furnace which was nice. Definitely will be calling them for any future HVAC work.
