Our fridge wasn't working and everything was starting to melt. Made an appointment and Ray the technician was able to come out same day. very nice guy and seemed like he had a lot of experience because he knew all about my GE Built in fridge. He knew the problem within 20mins and was able to get the control board and repair it in just 2 hours after. Really good company and great technician
