Project took a lot longer than promised, and cost more than estimated. Genrally, the workmanship was acceptable until the end when the junior workmen took over the bathroom tiling and it became a mess, and it was too late for anything to be done to rectify the poor workmanship. I had to be constantly looking over their shoulders to ensure they were completing the project to my satisfaction. They never finished the job, and they never came back to finish it, after several calls. Their plumbing work was very poor, which caused me to experience several leaks after they left. After trying to contact the contractor, he never returned any of phone calls. I would never recommend him to anyone, and he was not the most reasonable quote either.
