Last year our air conditioner broke down in the middle of a heat wave. We needed a new air conditioner asap which is why we called Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc. and Sam answered the phone right away. The price which was quoted by him on phone was reasonable so we called him to inspect our home installation site before we schedule an actual installation to avoid any hidden cost. He was in our home within the time frame, he was friendly and detailed about the product he referred us. He accommodated us with next day install on our request. The next day Fred and Dave installed our new air conditioner. We have been very pleased with it so far. Thank you so much Sam!
