I needed air quality testing for an old home reno that has asbestos abatement. Ive worked with Scott and his company for the third time now (on different projects) and each time they have been superb. They are professional, on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. They take time to answer questions and are readily available. I appreciated how Scott even did some testing for us over a long weekend so our Renos wouldnt be delayed and even took time out of his busy weekend to go over the report with me. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We met Egbert 10 years ago when we moved into our first home. Now that we've found a 'forever' home, we decided to call him up again. He was readily available and accommodated an inspection even within a short timeline. I really like doing the inspection with him because he explains everything in the perfect amount of detail and is very thorough. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, and very personable. Makes the whole 3-4 hour process go by quickly. And he tells the best jokes! Come prepared!

Called Glacier drywall because they had great reviews. Happy to add another one. I had some renos done a few years ago that left an exposed gas line and openings in the dry wall. Doug and team made a nice bulkhead to cover the line and repaired the wall. They took the time to keep the site clean, laid down carpet protector and plastic sheets for the TV and kitchen. Job was done in 3 days and cost was same as quoted. Would definitely hire them again.

We were looking for a company to install a new air conditioner when the weather started getting warmer in March. After 3 quotes, I found Reliance to be the most knowledgeable and competitive. Don Snow did a lot of measurements and give us an accurate quote with a very detailed explanation of the AC unit and our needs based on the technical assessment. He was very friendly and offered great advice. The install was very quick and seamless done by Jamie and Dustin and everything was very clean. On the day of the install, to everyone's surprise, our water tank started leaking that morning. Don called one of his guys at the company who does plumbing and they came right away to fix the pressure relief value. Not only did they fix the problem, but they didn't even charge anything extra for the water heater work. This company is amazing! Great salespeople, efficient installers and great service.
