Kitchen installed 3 months ago and paint and caulking chipping already. I contacted Concore 4 times. The first 3 Times I was informed that they would contact paint company and get back to me. Forth call the customer service by Ivy was deplorable. I was told that I am not the customer and would need to contact contractor. For personal reasons I have no contact with contractor and all I am asking for is some assistance with the paint. The kitchen was supplied by Concore and it appears they don’t take pride in there work. All I am asking is some touch up paint. I will even pay for it.
