exceptionally poor service communication and planning
I booked for an emergency leak on saturday afternoon . Unfortunately I had to reschedule as I could not access the home with the leak in the timeframe they allotted. Called and spoke to a gentleman who rescheduled me to earliest Sunday morning appointment time from 8 am-12. When I called at 11 to ensure that the service call was still on I was informed that it had not been scheduled as the worker had not entered the data. Do not waste your time, communication is key and they don't place importance on this.
