We purchased an appliance from the store based on the reputation of the original owner. Now that the store is run by his son we are sorry we dealt with the store. Selection is limited and prices are higher than big box retailers. Also the installers are contracted so the store will not support you if damages occur during the installation. Be aware of this fact.

Marcon was selected based on positive word of mouth recommendations from neighbours. Connie and Anna were very good at developing a workable design and selection of cupboards and hardware. The store sells only high quality cupboards and is very good at following scheduling of work.

We need to remove an old non standard size patio door but since a replacement door fo the same dimensions was not available A&J had to locate a mason to cut out existing bricks. After this was done a standard sized door was installed. The job was completed within 6 hours and the crew were diligent in ensuring a thorough clean up was done. John followed up with us over the next week to seal some minor openings to eliminate drafts. The job was done in a professional and courteous manner .

Homex was the general contractor for this renovation and did all work including removal of old cupboards, floor and ceiling and installation of new pot lights. With the exception of one mistake at the start of the project the job was completed on time and within budget. I would recommend this company for any mid sized renovation job
